Terms of use on the bay

1. The people behind Beluga Bay Kayak

These terms govern your use of belugabaykayak.com ("Beluga Bay Kayak", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of belugabaykayak.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age, and who may paddle

Beluga Bay Kayak is for users aged 19 or over only, and anyone using it confirms that they are 19 or over.

3. Coins in the dry bag

  • Every game on the bay runs on virtual coins, handed out free of charge.
  • Bay coins are not money, credit or property, and they have no monetary value.
  • Nothing in the games is sold, and no coin can be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for money, goods, services or prizes.
  • No prize with real-world value ever leaves the dock.
  • At any time the hut may change or reset coins, levels and features.

4. No real-money gambling on the bay

Beluga Bay Kayak does not offer or promote real-money gambling, and the bay does not link to gambling operators.

5. Your float plan account

  • Fireweed Hut and Long Light Dock, the worlds beyond the open one, need a free account. Keep to one account per person, and keep it to yourself.
  • Do not tell anyone your password, and let the hut know immediately if another person has used your account.
  • You may delete your account at any moment from your account page; the deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
  • The hut may suspend any account used to disrupt the site, or any account it believes belongs to a person under 19.
  • Coins, levels and missions are tied to the account, not owned by you as property, and they may be reset.

6. Rules for using the site

You must not try to disrupt the site, aim automated tools at it, offer to trade coins, or let a person under 19 on to the bay.

7. Keeping the dock open, and liability

We provide the site “as is” and may change or withdraw any part of it, and a malfunction voids all plays and pays. These terms do not limit any liability that the law does not let us limit, and your statutory rights are not affected.

8. The law that governs the bay

These terms are governed by Ontario provincial law and by the federal laws of Canada that apply within Ontario.
